Overview
Lookers Newcastle Volkswagen is looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard‑working and friendly team on site. Specialising in used car sales, you will work alongside a passionate sales team to provide Lookers first‑class customer service. You will be a team player with exceptional communication skills and will build rapport with colleagues and customers, paying close attention to detail to understand all their wants and needs.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and in person
* Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer needs
* Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
* Negotiate the final price for the sale
* Complete relevant paperwork for each saleLiaise with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills
* Self‑motivated and ambitious
* Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is desirable
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to meet targets and work hard
