Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Bakery section, where you'll champion our baked goods. We seek passionate individuals with a love for baking and bakery knowledge to bring fresh perspectives daily.

As a brand ambassador, you'll recommend our bakery products and ensure customers feel valued through exceptional service.

· Digital confidence is essential. Use our digital tools, like the Sparks App, to enhance customer experience and ensure product availability.

· Maintain high standards in food safety and hygiene while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness to prevent customer wait times.

· Flexibility is vital. Be confident to work across various store areas, adapting seamlessly to changing demands.
