AWB Motor Co Ltd are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join their fantastic workshop. While working alongside other experienced technicians, you will play a vital role carrying out diagnostic/ electrical repairs on vehicles and carrying out any additional servicing repairs required. If you’re a qualified Vehicle Technician experienced up to Mastertech Level, whether you work in a dealer group or independent garage, we want to hear from you.To excel in this position, you should enjoy working on the following:
* Diagnostic and problem-solving skills for determining vehicle problems and how to resolve them
* Familiar with using Autel diagnosis systems
* Timing belts and timing chain replacement
* Conducting vehicle servicing in accordance with AWB Motor Co Ltd guidelines and customer requests
* Carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by ourselves
* Warranty repairs
* Taking the customers vehicles out on road tests ensuring all faults are rectified
* Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard

The ideal candidate to be considered for this role will be Mastertech/ Senior equivalent Level, with motor industry experience (brand or non-brand), and a full and valid UK driving license. You’ll be self-motivated whilst being able to support your team, ambitious and eager to learn, and are able to work to and maintain the highest of standards to all vehicles that are presented for repair.
Although Mastertech experience is desirable, it is not essential to be considered. Diagnostic and Experience with Electrics is essential, EV experience is also desirable but not essential.
