Role Overview: My client is seeking a dedicated and proactive GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for both newly qualified pharmacists and those with experience looking to further their career in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with prescriptions.
* Provide expert advice on the use of medicines and medical appliances.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
* Manage and oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with GPhC standards.
* Analyze data to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
* Develop and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

* Experience with various delivery providers.
* Knowledge of process mapping and efficiency optimization.
* Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
