About the role…
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive ESG Graduate to join our growing team and help drive our Environmental, Social, and Governance agenda forward. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of impactful initiatives including driving social impact, enhancing our equity, diversity and inclusion agenda, supporting our decarbonisation and wider environmental initiatives and communicating our progress both internally and externally.
As an ESG Graduate you will…
Organise and coordinate our social impact agenda, including volunteering activities and working with charity partners
Support environmental reporting and emissions data collection
Drive and monitor ESG initiatives across the business
Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion projects
Assist in producing the annual ESG impact report
Collaborate with the communications team to create engaging ESG content for internal and external audiences (e.g. LinkedIn)
Maintain ESG-related content across our internet and intranet platforms
Help design and implement ESG training programmes tailored to different roles
Support awareness campaigns to educate staff on ESG topics
Assist in developing business cases, project charters, and tracking ESG initiatives
Maintain and update ESG policies, standards, and processes
Support the attainment and maintenance of ESG-related accreditations and certifications, including supporting the completion of annual assessments
Help the bid team respond to ESG requirements in tenders
About you…
This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate about making a real impact—socially, environmentally, and ethically. You’ve recently graduated with a 2:1 (at minimum) in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Management, Marketing, or Human Resources, and you’re ready to dive into the world of ESG. You’re organised, creative, and confident communicating across teams and platforms. Whether it’s coordinating charity partnerships, supporting DEI initiatives, or crafting content for LinkedIn, you bring energy, curiosity, and a drive to help shape a more responsible and inclusive workplace.
