About the Setting The nursery has a roll of approximately 58 children across a single setting with 8 staff members. The team culture is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on high-quality care. While there are currently no Room Leaders, the nursery may consider introducing leadership roles in the future. Staff have access to on-site parking and a flexible rota provided one month in advance. The nursery encourages staff development and is happy to support progression courses, including Level 5 and other qualifications, according to individual interests and career goals. The Role You will work across the nursery, supporting children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS.
