Location : Sutton, Surrey - 4 days office attendance per week
Salary : £60,000 + Profit Share - Potential to increase for exceptional candidates

An established, highly respected independent financial advisory firm in Sutton is looking for an experienced Client Servicing Financial Adviser to join its close-knit team!
The business specialises in delivering personalised pension and investment advice to a loyal portfolio of high-net-worth clients. With a strong reputation built on trust, integrity and long-term care, the firm prioritises quality of advice over sales targets, offering a genuinely client-first environment.
As part of succession planning and continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint a senior adviser who will play a key role in servicing clients and contributing to the future development of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver ongoing advice and servicing to an established client portfolio
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
Conduct full financial reviews across pensions, investments and wider planning
Identify appropriate opportunities within existing relationships
Support inheritance tax and estate planning strategies (training provided if needed)
Work collaboratively with administration and compliance teams
Maintain FCA regulatory standards and documentation
Contribute to continuous improvements in client service processes
About You
Essential
Fully qualified Financial Adviser with Level 4 Diploma (minimum)
Authorised to provide regulated financial advice
Strong client servicing and relationship management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working within a small, supportive team environment
Desirable
Chartered Financial Planner status (or working towards it)
Experience working with high-net-worth clients
Knowledge of inheritance tax planning
Exposure to discretionary investment management
Strong technical or paraplanning background
