Senior Marketing Executive
Location:Office (Oldbury), move to 1-2 days home working after probation period
Reporting to:Head of Sales and Marketing
Hours:Full-time (40 hours per week)

About the Role:
They're seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager / Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to make a real impact. Youll take ownership of developing new marketing channels, managing our online presence, and driving customer growth across both our Client's brands. We are looking for someone who brings ideas, energy, and experience someone who is excited to shape and implement strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Channel Development:
Identify and implement new marketing channels to bring customers into the business across their brands. Test, scale, and optimise initiatives for maximum impact.
* Website Strategy and Development:
Create and lead the strategy for our websites, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience that drives engagement and conversion. Work with internal and external teams to deliver site improvements and innovation.
* SEO Strategy and Management:
Develop an SEO strategy from scratch, either managing it internally or partnering with an external agency. Take full ownership of SEO performance, from content strategy to technical optimisation.
* Magazine Advertising:
Manage magazine advertising campaigns, from planning and creative development through to placement and performance tracking. Recommend improvements based on results.
* Social Media Management:
Create and lead the strategy for social media across content and advertising. Build brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage customers through organic and paid campaigns.
* Performance Reporting:
Regularly report on marketing performance across all channels, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with the wider Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to align marketing activity with business needs and commercial goals.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, including website development principles and UX best practices
* Solid knowledge of SEO, with experience developing and delivering SEO strategies
* Experience managing social media platforms and paid social campaigns
* Data-driven approach, confident with reporting and using insights to optimise campaigns
* Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities at once
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
