Job Responsibilities
Our Recovery Workers support clients in identifying their goals and creating personalized treatment plans. You will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, and intervention delivery. Managing an active caseload, you will connect quickly with clients and treat everyone with respect and dignity.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Attained ONC/NVQ level 3 or willing to achieve within 12 months
* Experience in health, social care, or related settings, or motivation to work in the drug and alcohol sector
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Comfortable with IT and digital media
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle

Additional Information
This role requires working on a rotational basis on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm, with hours to be compensated during the week.
