We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Head Chef at the AC Hotel by Marriott Inverness. The Head Chef will be leading the kitchen brigade at Beira, finalist of Scottish hotel awards 2026 in the best hotel restaurant category.
Beira is an informal restaurant that prides itself on sourcing ingredients from within a 50-mile radius, supporting local farmers and producers, and both delivering the freshest, highest-quality flavours, and being a true part of the local community.
The kitchen brigade ensures delivery of daily breakfast in line with AC by Marriott brand standards, and all-day contemporary Scottish x tapas style dining at Beira.
