We’re looking for aSales Administratorto become an essential part of a dynamic team!
In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the business by handling incoming enquiries, processing orders, and investigating any disputes — ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deliver professional, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer enquiries via email
* Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, escalating when needed
* Use brand templates to craft tailored, customer‑focused communications
* Handle inbound customer calls with confidence
* Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, to solve complex issues
* Keep inboxes and records neatly organised
* Raise and document investigations using an internal CRM system
Experience & Key Competencies
* Excellent communications skills– the ability to convey information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
* A customer‑centric mindset– a genuine commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
* Strong organisational and time management skills– the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
* Collaborative working style– the ability to work effectively within a team to achieve shared objectives.
