Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Gateshead
Job Purpose: To work with the wider project management team to maintain an efficient and organised project support function.
Key Deliverables / Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive project administration, including CRM setup, documentation management, and project file preparation.
* Support procurement and financial processes, including raising purchase and sub-contractor orders, processing invoices, and tracking project costs.
* Assist the project management team with meetings, compliance, reporting, and overall project stage management.
Technical Competencies
* Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office and other specialist applications.
* Enthusiastic, committed, and able to learn quickly.
* Able to work at pace while maintaining accuracy, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated and capable of liaising across departments and with external contacts.
Experience Required
* Proven strong administration background, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
* High level of verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience within a project administration team is desirable but not essential.
Salary & Working Hours
* Salary: up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
* Hours: 40 per week, 8:00am – 5:00pm
