Compensation and Progression
Base salary with bi-yearly appraisals and an uncapped commission structure. OTE £50k+ in the first year and £200k+ for top performers. Sliding scale commission up to 60% of revenue you generate. Rewards include luxury cash vouchers, top-biller incentive trips, consistency bonuses, and annual top performer revenue bonuses. Entry-level only—no prior experience required. Internal meritocratic promotion policy with fast career progression (typical progression to senior consultant in 6-12 months and to management in 12–18 months). There are opportunities to become a director of your own Executive Search Business with equity (20+ have been set up since 2012).
