Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Trust for a fixed term. We are looking for a highly experienced, and strategic-thinking EPR Senior Operational Lead for the Airedale EPR Programme to work across the Trust's Operational Divisions and digital teams to lead on the delivery of EPR in 2026., As the EPR Senior Operational Lead, you will play a hands-on role as part of the programme to implement the new Oracle Health EPR at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust acting as the bridge between the programme and the Trust's operational teams. The post holder will have a key role in this programme by working with senior colleagues and stakeholders within Digital, within the Trust and across the Integrated Care Partnership. The post holder will play a full and active role in clinical service delivery leadership and provide strategic direction, and management for all aspects of EPR operations, including supporting the development of a service delivery strategy and associated best-practice guidance and protocols, both for programme team members, and EPR end-users at the Trust.
Responsibilities
* Lead on the delivery of EPR in 2026 for the Airedale EPR Programme across the Trust's Operational Divisions and digital teams.
* Implement the new Oracle Health EPR at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, acting as the bridge between the programme and the Trust's operational teams.
* Work with senior colleagues and stakeholders within Digital, within the Trust and across the Integrated Care Partnership.
* Provide strategic direction and management for all aspects of EPR operations.
* Support the development of a service delivery strategy and associated best-practice guidance and protocols for both programme team members and EPR end-users at the Trust.
