We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and well-established Industrial Department based in Cannock. No previous recruitment experience is required – we provide full training, ongoing support, and a clear pathway for career development.

The Role:
1. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work in a full 360-degree recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.Business development and selling recruitment services to new and existing clients (B2B)
2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
3. Visiting clients on-site and managing their recruitment accounts
4. Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles including but not limited to warehouse operatives, production operatives, picking and packing roles, FLT Drivers and many more.
5. Conducting face-to-face candidate interviews
6. Ensuring all compliance and administrative processes are followed
7. Successfully matching candidates to suitable roles and placing them into employment
Requirements:
8. Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar people-focused role is highly desirable
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Confident, outgoing, and professional approach
11. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
12. Ability to build relationships at all levels
13. Eagerness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
14. Full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive

This is an office-based role in Cannock, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
