This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and HR coordination skills looking to gain experience in a large, fast-paced HR environment. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a busy administrative environment. You’ll be confident using IT systems, highly organised, and passionate about delivering great customer service. About the Role The HR Shared Services Assistant will deliver a high-quality, integrated HR administration service to internal customers — providing information and guidance across key HR functions including: • Payroll • Benefits & Pensions • HR Data Management • Recruitment You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team ensuring that HR processes run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities • Accurately process and maintain employee data within the HR system • Create and amend posts within the organisational structure • Process benefit and pension requests and handle related correspondence • Run, check and distribute HR and payroll reports • Manage post distribution, payslips, and document filing/scanning • Respond to employee enquiries via phone, email and shared inboxes • Produce letters, forms and contractual information as required • Support with data cleansing, spreadsheet updates and compliance tasks • Provide consistent and accurate advice on HR policies and processes • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices Essential Skills & Experience • Previous experience in HR administration, payroll, or shared services • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and HR systems • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders • Team player with a proactive and flexible approach Our locum workers benefit from - Excellent Rates - Refer-a-friend scheme* - Assistance with DBS applications - Dedicated consultant support - Varied career and flexible working opportunities If you are interested in this position please apply online or call us directly.
