Following the opening of a new design studio and continued growth in design demand, the business is seeking a confident and talented landscaper who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality hard and soft landscaping across bespoke, design-led projects
Lay paving, natural stone, setts, brickwork, blockwork, decking, and fencing to exceptional standards
Carry out soft landscaping duties including planting, bed preparation, turfing, and seeding
Interpret and work confidently from detailed design drawings
Assist with setting out sites, levels, and project planning
Work independently or as part of a small, experienced construction team
Maintain a professional, tidy site and uphold strict Health & Safety procedures
Represent the organisation professionally with clients, designers, and suppliers
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in both hard and soft landscaping, ideally within high-end or design-led environments
A craftsperson with a genuine passion for quality, detail, and building beautiful gardens
Someone confident, capable, and able to work with autonomy when needed
A team player with a positive, "can‑do" attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
A professional who values loyalty, consistency, and long-term commitment
Comfortable working with discerning clients and maintaining a premium level of service
Ideally based between Reading and Oxford
Willingness to stay away on occasion for project delivery
What's on Offer
