OA are looking for a Showroom Manager to join our client’s growing team

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Showroom Manager to deliver outstanding sales performance across the showroom and phone sales channels. You will take ownership of customer relationships from first enquiry through to sale, using proactive follow-up and expert product knowledge to exceed targets and ensure no opportunity is missed.

You will be confident engaging customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via live video consultations, creating an experience that makes customers feel valued, understood, and confident in their investment.

Location: Enfield, Brimsdown
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Sunday (rota basis)
Salary: £30,000 commission

Showroom Manager Key Responsibilities

6. Achieve and exceed sales targets across showroom and phone sales
7. Deliver exceptional customer service through personalised, consultative selling
8. Proactively manage and follow up sales leads across all channels
9. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and effectively
10. Maintain excellent product knowledge to guide customers confidently
11. Ensure showroom standards are consistently high, including merchandising and presentation
12. Maintain accurate CRM records and stock knowledge
13. Act as a brand ambassador, representing luxury standards at all times
14. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team success

Showroom Manager Skills and Experience

15. Comfortable working independently and managing the showroom
16. Proven ability to take ownership of sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences
17. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
18. Confident selling both face-to-face and over the phone
19. Target-driven, proactive, and persistent in following up opportunities
20. Flexible and adaptable across different sales environments
21. Passionate about quality, craftsmanship, and premium customer service
22. A team player with a positive and supportive approach
