Connexa Recruitment is working in partnership with an international architectural design practice searching for a BIM Manager/Information Manager to be located in there Central London Office.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager/Information Manager to join the Digital team, providing cross-office BIM support across Dubai, KSA, and London.

The primary focus of this role is project delivery support, including overseeing BIM management on major projects, interfacing directly with clients, and reviewing Employers' Information Requirements (EIR) during the bid and delivery stages.

The role also involves close collaboration with the Senior Digital Coordinator to contribute to practice development initiatives, such as creating resources, guidance, and workflows that enhance consistency and efficiency across our three international offices.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead BIM management on major multidisciplinary projects.
* Review and respond to Employers' Information Requirements (EIRs).
* Develop and manage BEPs and related project documentation.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and internal BIM procedures.
* Provide BIM support and guidance to project teams.
* Assist in developing resources and workflows to align delivery across offices.
* Conduct client-facing reviews, presentations, and workshops.
* Mentor and support staff in BIM best practice.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience

* Minimum 5 years' experience in BIM Management / Coordination (exceptions possible for strong candidates).
* Proven experience on complex multidisciplinary projects.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and reviewing BIM documentation including EIRs, AIRs, and BEPs.

Standards & Frameworks

* Strong knowledge and application of ISO 19650 standards.
* Working knowledge of COBie & IFC deliverables.

Software & Tools

* Proficiency in Revit.
* Proficiency in Navisworks.
* Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Education

* Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction

Soft Skills

* Strong client-facing communication skills.
* Proven ability in stakeholder engagement.
* Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team support capabilities.

Preferred Requirements

Experience

* Experience on large-scale projects (e.g., high-rise, mixed-use, infrastructure).
* Middle East project experience.
* Prior involvement in practice development initiatives (standards, workflows, resources).

Standards & Frameworks

* BIM accreditation (e.g., BRE, RICS, CIOB, ICE, or equivalent).
* Professional memberships in recognized industry bodies.

Software & Tools

* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
* Familiarity with Dynamo.
* Familiarity with Solibri.
* Familiarity with Power BI.
* Familiarity with IFC workflows.
