Head of HR – Industrial
£100,000 – £120,000 + 30% bonus + car allowance + benefits
Stafford & South Birmingham – 3 days on site, 2 days from home
We are partnering with a leading UK industrial business to appoint a Head of HR into a fast-growing, operationally complex division. This business delivers safety-critical industrial services to large corporate operators and smaller commercial clients, with significant operational scale and strategic growth potential.
The Opportunity
This business is highly operational and has been built through multiple acquisitions. While market-leading, it now requires bold people leadership to support a cultural transformation and optimise organisational performance.
Reporting to the Group People Director and working closely with the Managing Director, you will own the people strategy for a high-risk, operationally demanding environment.
This is a senior leadership role, requiring commercial acumen, high levels of emotional intelligence, and resilience.
