Service Manager – Multi-Service Role Salary: £37,869 per annumHours: Full time, 37.5 hours per weekLocation: Multi-site (3 services) About the role We are looking for an experienced and confident Service Manager or a confident and experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career to lead and oversee three services, managing approximately 1,000 commissioned hours across a workforce of around 45 staff, supported by one Deputy Manager working across the services. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred support while ensuring services are safe, compliant, financially sustainable, and well-led.
