The Role As the Learning Experience Lead, you will co-lead a squad of digital learning professionals, delivering high-quality learning solutions that delight clients and achieve meaningful outcomes. Working with a diverse range of organisations, you will connect creative ideation with practical execution, ensuring every project is innovative, purposeful, and strengthens the relationship between our client and their customers. Leading and inspiring content developers, visual designers and learning specialists, you will provide strategic oversight, support junior team members, and work closely with project management to enable effective resource planning.
