The Swan in Bibury, a former Cotswold coaching inn is located on the enchanting banks of the River Coln. Offering 22 guest rooms including accommodation in one of the four garden cottage suites, The Hotel also has a welcoming bar and popular brasserie.

For those who can ‘stand the heat’, life in the kitchen is
extremely exciting. It’s fast-paced work but offers a real sense of reward –
especially when diners send their compliments after a memorable meal.
As a Commis Chef, you’ll largely be preparing ingredients to
help the senior chefs work their magic. It’s a great way to develop your
career, allowing you to hone your talent and learn from the best, while making
a great contribution to the success of the kitchen. We also have an amazing apprenticeship programme here at Cotswold Inn's & Hotels so you're provided with an incredible opportunity to learn, thrive and succeed.
You won’t be expected to have exceptional food knowledge
just yet, but it’s crucial you have basic cookery skills and share our passion
for fresh produce.
