As Global Head of Product and Packaging Planning you'll lead a newly formed team and play a key role in our product leadership group. This is a high-impact opportunity to build structure, drive change, and shape how we bring exciting new propositions to life across global markets.The RoleThe Purpose of the Role:Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end planning of all product and packaging activity across marketsLead resource and capacity planning across functions to deliver launches on timeEstablish governance and reporting frameworks to track and communicate progressBuild and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, structure, and directionDrive adoption of new operating models, tools and cross-functional ways of workingCoordinate dependencies and resolve conflicts across teams and senior stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate risks across the plan, with clear escalation processesProvide regular reporting and updates tailored to different business audiencesLocation: This is a hybrid role based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.The PersonKey Requirements:Extensive experience in product and packaging planning across global marketsStrong understanding of development and packaging RACI processesProficient in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, JIRA); agile/lean a plusStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable with cross-functional complexity and executive-level engagementConfident leading change and embedding new planning frameworksProficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)Resilient, organised, and goal-focused, with a passion for wellness and innovationWhat We OfferOur Benefits for this role include, but not limited to:H&B Employee Discount - 25%BonusPension company contribution33 Days Holiday per year (Inclusive of bank holidays)Private Medical CareExclusive benefits, free advice and savings from a range of retailers and providersElectric Car SchemeWe're passionate about helping every colleague thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing, and we're committed to having a diverse and inclusive workplace.
