They're now looking for a Document Controller to facilitate a position within their southern region to work on a £50million scheme.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Establish and maintain document control systems to organise both physical and digital files, ensuring they are easy to retrieve and store securely
Manage the flow of documents between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to the right people
Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents and check for adherence to company standards
Track the status of documents, including their versions, approvals, and revisions, and generate reports for project managers and senior management
Conduct regular audits of document control processes and make improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyDepending on the calibre of the candidate, my client would look to pay up to £50k plus package.
