This is a part time / full time role Primarily working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday & Sunday with the occasional Monday or Tuesday for holiday cover.
You will report to the Gurt Wings HQ in Swindon at 10pm Wednesday to Saturday working until 5am and Sundays start time is usually 5pm until 12am, but can vary. You will be required to clean and load the food trucks for the day ahead, prepping food and sauces, Working off of a set criteria with our Night shift crew.
Hours may vary slightly if Jobs are completed.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning the food truck to a very high standard and ensuring it is fully loaded before it leaves for the day.
- Ensure that all food safety guidelines and regulations are followed to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Maintain inventory levels and Report and low stock items to the Night Shift Supervisor.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the food truck, including kitchen equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the catering or restaurant industry is preferred but not a necessity as full training can be given.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20kg whilst ensuring manual handling regulations are followed.
