Team Manager - Children in Care Team Birmingham Children's Trust are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Manager to join their Children in Care Service, leading a dedicated team of social workers to deliver outstanding support and outcomes for looked after children and young people across the city. About the Role As a Team Manager, you will provide strong leadership and oversight, ensuring that statutory responsibilities are met and that children in care receive high-quality, relationship-based social work. You'll play a key role in driving performance, supporting your team to deliver care planning and interventions that help children achieve permanence, stability and positive futures. You will oversee a team managing a range of complex Children in Care cases, offering supervision, guidance, and ensuring practice is compliant with legislation and Birmingham Children's Trust procedures.
