Payroll & Benefits Specialist – FTC (6 Months)

Location: London | Industry: Insurance

Join our dynamic insurance team as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead a comprehensive review of our current payroll and benefits processes. You’ll conduct a gap analysis, assess relationships with third-party vendors and brokers, and map existing workflows to identify inefficiencies.

Your insights will be key in streamlining this time-intensive function, helping us build a more sustainable structure for future growth.

We're seeking an experienced professional to:

* Lead a comprehensive review of our current payroll and benefits processes
* Conduct a detailed gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
* Map and document existing payroll and benefits workflows

* Ability to evaluate and manage vendor relationships
