Overview
We’re looking for a Demand & Supply Planning specialist to join our clients operation near Maidenhead. You’ll take ownership of forecasting, stock management, and logistics to ensure products are always available and our supply chain runs smoothly.

You will be highly analytical and proactive to oversee forecasting, stock management, and logistics operations. This role is central to driving supply chain efficiency, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting business growth through data-driven planning and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead demand and supply planning activities to ensure accurate forecasting and seamless product availability.
* Analyse sales forecasts by product and customer, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities.
* Maintain and update planning systems, including phase-in/phase-out management and master data accuracy.
* Oversee inventory management and logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock coverage.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align demand, supply, and business targets.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to maintain service quality and cost efficiency.
* Prepare and present monthly demand and stock reports, highlighting forecast accuracy and supply risks.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting, planning, and logistics processes.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using forecasting tools and ERP systems (SAP).
* Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, IF/SUMIFS statements).
* Experience in consumer goods or FMCG desirable.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-starter with a positive, solutions-driven approach.
