Kitchen Assistant

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the catering team to prepare and serve nutritious meals for our residents. Your contribution helps ensure a positive dining experience and supports the health and well-being of everyone in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and beverages to residents.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing up and cleaning equipment.
* Follow food safety and infection control procedures at all times.
* Support with stock rotation and the safe storage of food items.
* Respect residents' dietary needs, preferences, and dignity during meal service.

* No experience needed – training is provided
* Someone with a caring and supportive nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends / bank holidays
* Willingness to follow food hygiene and safety standards
