About The Role
Due to expanding our services to the local community, we are currently seeking a part-time evening Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Frinton Dental Clinic based in Essex.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 16:30 - 20:15 + 1 x Saturday per month 08:45 - 14:15
During your induction period you will have the opportunity to receive further training and development to get signed off as a Patient Coordinator, offering a great opportunity to progress and develop your skills. This will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
About You
You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.
The main duties will include:
14. Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
15. Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
16. Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
17. Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
18. Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
