Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Bonus with increased % based on billings
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
Office Based | Own Transport Required

The Role
This is not a transactional, KPI heavy environment. This is a relationship-led recruitment role built on credibility and trust.
You will be:
* Meeting candidates and clients face-to-face across Cumbria
* Building long-term partnerships with local businesses
* Identifying and headhunting high-quality candidates
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief through to offer
* Attending networking events and representing NXT Recruitment in the local market
* Building your own personal brand alongside the NXT name

About You
* Commercially aware and confident discussing business needs

* Full UK driving license and own transport required
