Our client works with High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, and they are looking for an experience Paraplanner / Client Manager to join their Advisor Support team. This opportunity has arisen due to growth and movement within the current team and all PP/CM work directly with one/two advisors.
The responsibility of the Client Manager to take ownership and control of the client review meeting process, preparing client suitability and cash flow reports, research, and analysis of financial products to meet client requirements and managing the presentation of technical data to the Adviser. Client Manager and Administration support must work together as a strong team, aiding clients irrespective of whether or not the Financial Adviser is available.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing for client meetings
2. Preparing and compiling financial analysis data
3. Analysing client data and preparing cash flow analyses
4. Researching products to support recommendations
5. Compiling financial planning recommendations and suitability reports
6. Ensuring that all regulatory and compliance standards are met
7. Liaising with product providers and other relevant third parties
