* Public sector organisation that is responsible for managing and maintaining their social housing properties in Northamptonshire
Job Description
* Repairs and maintenance in void properties
* Painting & Decorating
* Full redecoration of domestic properties & basic repairs
* Other associated repairs and maintenance
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience working in social housing would be beneficial
* Ideally you will have relevant painting & decorating qualifications (NVQs or City & Guilds)
* You must have a valid driving license
* Own basic tools are required
What's on Offer
* Long term temporary contract, initially 3 months with the possibility to extend
* Competitive pay rates
* Company van provided
* 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
