SEMH Teaching Assistant - Secondary£22,000-£23,000 | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-4:15pm
We are looking for a proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to support secondary learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The Role:
* 1:1 and small group support
* Behaviour management and emotional regulation
* Supporting engagement in lessons
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff
Experience in SEMH or challenging behaviour is highly desirable.
