Reporting to the Director of UK Operations, the Production Engineer job in Newark will play a key role in optimising manufacturing processes, supporting new product introduction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production facility.
Skills & experience required for the Production Engineer job in Newark:
* Strong understanding of manufacturing principles - Lean, Kaizen, and 5S
* Experience within a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
* Competence with CAD software (e.G., SolidWorks or AutoCAD) desirable.
