Salary:
Up to £53,200 FTE DOE (Basic Grade: from £33,000 | Specialist: from £39,500 | Highly Specialist: from £48,000)
Hours:
22.5 hours/week, Mon–Fri (8am–4:00pm, flexible)
Contract:
Permanent, term time only (flexible working options available)
About The Role
* Deliver specialist OT assessments and interventions.
* Manage a caseload with support from a clinical supervisor and site lead.
* Collaborate with education staff to foster independence and skill-building.
* Contribute to staff training and development.
* Utilize the OFG OT Ways of Working framework and engage in CPD with a £2,000 training allowance.
Essential About You
* HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
* RCOT membership
* Knowledge of OT theory and practical application
* Experience with neurodivergent individuals or those with SEMH needs
* Strong communication, assessment, and report writing skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Desirable
* Sensory integration training or experience
* Prior work in educational or specialist settings
