Commercial Technology Solicitor
Location: Marlow
Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 (dependent on experience)
An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Technology Solicitor to join its team based in Marlow.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of commercial and technology matters, including commercial contracts, intellectual property licensing, data protection, SaaS / PaaS / IaaS arrangements, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT) and the commercial aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from start-ups to well-established UK and international businesses, managing your own varied caseload and contributing to business development initiatives.
The Role:
* Advising on commercial and technology-focused legal matters
* Managing a diverse caseload with appropriate supervision
* Supporting and contributing to business development activities
* Working collaboratively within a growing commercial team
The Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
* Strong experience in commercial and technology law
* Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills
* Ambitious and motivated, with the ability to work independently
