Contracts Manager - Cladding and RoofingSalford Role OverviewThe Cladding Contracts Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of cladding packages across multiple projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining strong client relationships and high-quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Contract Management Manage multiple cladding contracts from pre-construction through to final account and handover Review and administer contract terms, variations, and change control procedures Monitor project progress against programme and budget, implementing corrective actions where required Lead regular project and client meetings, providing accurate reports on progress, risks, and costs Commercial & Financial Control Oversee project budgets, valuations, applications for payment, and cost forecasts Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, and final accounts Identify and manage variations, claims, and commercial risks Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure all works comply with HSE requirements, company policies, and statutory regulations Enforce site safety standards and lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety requirements, and relevant cladding st...
