About Casting Collective
Casting Collective is one of the UK's leading film, television and commercial extras casting agencies. For over 25 years we have supplied supporting artistes, walk-ons, stand-ins and specialist performers to major productions nationwide. We work directly with production teams and deliver organised, reliable background casting at scale, often under tight deadlines.
About the Role
This is a high-volume operational role with a clear pathway into Project Management.
You will begin by learning our systems and processes. Within months you will become production-facing by email and phone, supporting live productions directly.
Following successful completion of probation, there is a clear pathway to managing smaller productions under supervision.
The role is approximately 90% office-based. Occasional on-set time may be required.
This is not a creative development role. It is an operational role within the film and television industry.
