The successful candidate will be champion for all our scholars whom require additional support within the broad area of need SEMH. The HLTA will work across all subject areas to improve the learning experience for scholars and to ensure all barriers for learning are reduced, without lowering expectations.

Qualifications and Experience
* Education Experience: You have experience within an educational setting, ideally working with Key Stage 3 and 4
* Previous experience working with scholars with a broad area of need SEMH
