Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in print management? Do you have knowledge of large format graphics and signage and enjoy managing multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment?
We’re working with an established and growing print management business with over 20 years of industry success. The company supports a diverse portfolio of clients, including charities, financial organisations, and events companies, providing solutions across traditional print, marketing collateral, corporate print, promotional merchandise, and direct and transactional mail.
Due to increasing demand for large format printed graphics and signage, the business is looking to add a proactive Account Manager to its friendly and collaborative Client Services team.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to manage production, procurement, and stock requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client accounts and build strong long-term relationships
* Coordinate projects involving large format graphics and signage
* Oversee print procurement, production and stock management
* Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
* Liaise with suppliers, production teams and logistics partners
* Ensure all work is delivered accurately, on time and within budget
To succeed in this role, you will:
* Have experience working in a print management or print production environment
* Possess a good understanding of large format print and signage
* Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
* Have excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Be a team player who contributes positively to a collaborative environment
