Job Title: Full-Time Tutors (All Subjects)
Location: Newcastle
Salary Range: £110 - £175 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Daily Supply, Long-Term

GSL Education are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Full-Time Tutors across a range of subjects to support Post-16 learners in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to closing learning gaps and delivering meaningful academic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Individual Learning: Help implement personalised learning plans.
* Provide Targeted Support: Offer 1:1 and small group assistance tailored to student needs.
* Monitor Progress: Track student development and adjust support as required.
* Collaborate with Staff and Families: Work closely with teachers, support teams, and parents/carers.
* Create a Positive Environment: Help build a space where students feel safe, respected, and encouraged.
* Engage Learners: Use a variety of strategies to maintain student interest and adapt to different learning styles.
* Keep Accurate Records: Maintain documentation of student progress and share insights with staff.
Job Requirements:
* A degree in a relevant subject area
* Prior experience teaching or tutoring, ideally in a Post-16 or secondary education setting
* Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
* Flexibility and patience when working with learners at varying attainment levels
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one via GSL)
* Competitive daily pay: £110 – £175, based on experience and subject taught
