Specifically, the New Reflexions Children’s Residential Service provides therapeutic placements, catering to individuals up to the ages of 18 years, for both short-term and long-term placements. Role overview: We are looking for a conscientious individual with relevant care qualifications, skills, and knowledge to provide effective leadership and management to the staff team. Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals with verified experience working as a Senior Residential Care Worker or a Home Manager for children. You should be able to demonstrate or possess: Applicants must have at least 1 year experience as a Senior RCW or Deputy and hold their NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Experience in or an understanding of AALA Full UK manual driving Licence is essential Flexible in working in in various environments Passionate about the outdoors Access to your own transport You will be passionate about working within the care sector and committed to delivering high-quality care services and positive outcomes.
