The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business performance, providing insight, and challenging stakeholders to improve outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and support strategic decision-making
* Delivering insightful analysis on revenue, margins, and key business drivers
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
* Building and enhancing KPI reporting to improve visibility and accountability
* Challenging assumptions and providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
* Supporting business cases, investment appraisals, and strategic initiatives
About You
* Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or FP&A role
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is advantageous
* Proactive, inquisitive, and confident in challenging the status quo
