Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven, paid social-focused Senior Paid Media Executive to join our growing agency team in Brighton. This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-focused paid media professional to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, ensuring best-in-class execution from setup through to optimisation.
* Take ownership of campaign lifecycle management, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and performance reporting.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance on a regular basis, making data-driven decisions to optimise for agreed KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
* Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends, and best practices across PPC and Paid Social, proactively identifying new opportunities for clients.
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads in an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
* Hands-on experience with campaign building and management across social media formats.
* Solid understanding of paid media strategy, audience segmentation, and performance measurement.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, client-facing reporting.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Meta Blueprint and/or Google Ads certifications.
* Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and creative testing frameworks.
* Proficiency in Google Ads.
