You will be primarily responsible for efficient running, configuration and continuous development of HR Systems delivered through SAP SuccessFactors and multiple other systems. In addition, day-to-day activities will include responding to various customer and information management requests, including but not limited to, shared services requests/queries, project managing multiple changes especially with our HRIT team, and helping scope new process improvements to help us achieve the ‘One Renesas’ initiative.
This role is accountable for developing and driving continuous improvement of system functionality, including data governance. The role requires delivering superior stakeholder management, governance, and roadmap planning to HR, while working closely with IT to execute the roadmap.
You should possess a solution-oriented mindset and a high degree of technical understanding related to system functionality. This involves knowing procedures and addressing questions about specific local situations, which may be complex. Interpersonal skills are also essential to guide stakeholders through varying levels of complexity, providing high-quality resolution, support, and customer satisfaction in line with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the delivery of core modules within SuccessFactors and other HR technologies.
2. Provide efficient resolution to employee queries and system requests, acting as a functional expert and demonstrating best practices.
3. Collaborate with HR Systems and Operations teams and third-party vendors for system maintenance and support, acting as a central contact for troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation.
4. Gather requirements for enhancement requests, assess impacts, and guide stakeholders; raise demand requests with third-party providers if necessary.
5. Manage system release cycles, assess impacts, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
6. Perform quality assurance on system configurations, test workflows, and monitor system integrity and availability, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
7. Maintain system documentation, including workbooks, training materials, and change control systems like JIRA.
8. Identify gaps in business processes and propose continuous improvement measures.
9. Participate in operational project teams for HR system implementations.
10. Coordinate closely with HRIT on project delivery, tracking schedules and milestones.

Qualifications
Experience
* Experience with SuccessFactors, primarily Employee Central.
* Expertise in HR systems and operations processes.
* Proven participation in continuous improvement projects from ideation to implementation.
