£35,651 plus £3K

The Role:
As a Cluster Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving performance in your base gym and across your cluster. Your responsibilities will include:
* Utilizing data insights to enhance performance across each gym, implementing clear plans to boost both financial and operational success.
* Establishing effective ways of working and ensuring centrally driven activities are executed by your high-performing teams.
* Fostering talent development through a robust pipeline to support business growth and coaching all levels on the gym floor.
* Placing member experience at the core of your cluster, using all available tools to maintain exceptional service standards.
* Continuously assessing the needs of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches to drive the group exercise agenda while ensuring a safe environment.
* Supporting recruitment efforts for Personal Trainers and proactively seeking new talent.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will collaborate with a talented team of Cluster Managers and fitness professionals, all dedicated to creating an exceptional member experience. Together, you will strengthen performance across the area and cultivate a fantastic workplace for both your team and gym members.
