Your role at BRE
As a Sales & Customer Service Assistant at BRE, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of service to internal and external customers.
* Support sales team with process improvement, tracking, and analytics.
* Provide pre and post-sales support to KAMs, BD teams, and Inside Sales teams.
* Promote best practices in sales and account management via CRM.
* Manage and maintain key documents and ensure compliance with BRE policies.
* Handle bookings for sales activities and organize meetings/events.
* Create and verify accounts on CRM; liaise with Finance for invoicing.
* Support invoicing and payment queries.
* Complete new supplier forms and raise purchase orders.
* Collaborate with Finance to ensure policy awareness and resolve posting issues.
* Set up onboarding plans for new joiners and ensure system access.
* Liaise with Marketing for event attendance and distribute reports.
* Provide front-line support for customer service enquiries.
Your Profile
* Extensive customer service and sales experience.
* Skilled in call handling, administration, and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Professional, self-motivated, and proactive.
* Positive, collaborative team player.
* Thrives under pressure with high energy.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality events.
* Excellent communicator, able to build relationships at all levels.
* Relevant work experience in a similar role.
* Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.
* Experience in understanding and delivering against customer needs.
* Articulate and a fantastic communicator.

Work Location Options
Hybrid – This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford office, as you will be expected to attend in person (once per week).
