Temporary Pickers and Packers – Redditch
A busy retailer in Redditch is seeking reliable Pickers and Packers for a temporary full-time position during a high-demand sale period. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with previous warehouse experience who are looking to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Duration & Hours
* Induction: 17th March (including a pre-induction in the office)
* Start Date: 23rd March
* Temporary Shifts (first 2 weeks):
o 6:00am – 2:00pm (AM shift)
o 2:30pm – 10:30pm (PM shift)
* After 2 weeks: Shift returns to 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Rotation: Picking or packing duties during assigned shift
Pay & Incentives
* AM shift: £12.21 per hour
* PM shift: £12.71 per hour
* Bonus: £2.50 per hour for hitting targets
* Pay will increase in line with the National Living Wage
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately picking and packing orders using hand scanners
* Handling stock efficiently and safely
* Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
* Supporting the team during a busy sale period
Requirements
* Previous warehouse experience is essential
* A good level of English
